Started in as a part of my work as Ruby developer, UI designer and tech lead for Speed & Function

The tool was our company’s effort to oversee the quality of our services
What it was about
Our company started creating an internal project management / analysis tool which would supersede Redmine / Gira etc., following the previous year head count growth.
I entered the project as UI designer. I delivered mock-ups via Sketch developer handoff and sometimes just sent HTML/CSS to the front-end developers.
Challenges
The project was underprioritized and lacked enough allocated budget
My responsibilities
In this rare case I was purely a UI designer, no code was touched at all
