The project was to become the main SaaS product of the company, in an attempt to transition the business from personal consultancy to a SaaS model.
What it was about
The client company was a one-man consultancy shop, holding the authorship of a proprietary business analysis framework.
My team implemented a Salesforce plugin app built with SF Lightning framework, that added a new page with GUI-heavy drag-&-drop editor of each of the project stakeholder’s attitude and role on a project
Challenges
Our company had no prior experience with Salesform component framework, so we had to learn it on the go
